Does Pubblish sell or distribute my books?
No — Pubblish is not a retailer or a distributor. It is the management layer: you keep your catalog and metadata in one place, and build book and author websites that link to wherever your books are sold. It works alongside Amazon KDP, IngramSpark and others rather than replacing them.
How is Pubblish different from Amazon KDP or IngramSpark?
KDP and IngramSpark print and distribute your books. Pubblish manages everything around that: one source of truth for your metadata across every retailer and format, a record of where each title has got to in your process, the book files themselves, your mailing list and your website.
What can I manage in Pubblish?
Titles and their metadata; editions in print, ebook and audiobook; contributors and their roles; series, collections and imprints; ISBNs and barcodes; manuscripts and the book files made from them; beta reads; your mailing list; author and book websites; and your own publishing workflow. Publisher plans add royalties and acquisitions.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your catalog is yours — spreadsheet export is free on every plan, so you can take your data with you at any time. For a copy of your whole workspace, the owner or an administrator opens Settings → Download your data.
Do you take a cut of my book sales?
No. Pubblish is a flat subscription, paid monthly or yearly. Whatever your books earn is yours.
